This policy explains what personal information the Mean Time to Lead Podcast with Manish Kapoor (“we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and your choices.

We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. We don’t collect payment details, because the show is non-commercial.

This website is hosted by Hostinger. We use no analytics, newsletter, form or advertising tools. If we add any, we will list them here and update this policy first.
04How we use information
We use information to:
- run the Site and the Podcast;
- send the updates you asked for;
- reply to messages;
- arrange guest appearances; and
- understand our audience in aggregate.
We do not sell or rent personal information.
05Email
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests promptly.
06Keeping information
We keep subscriber data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Guest records are kept as long as the episode is published, and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and archive purposes.
07Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending email. Email hello@meantimetolead.com.
Depending on where you live, for example California, the EU or the UK, you may have additional rights. We will respond as required by applicable law.

We use reasonable safeguards for the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We’re based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the U.S. and other countries.
