The Podcast is an independent, non-commercial production about leadership, AI, cybersecurity and IT operations. It is not affiliated with any employer, client or university of the host or guests.

02Information only, not advice

Podcast episodes, show notes, articles and other content on the Site are general information. They are not legal, financial, security, medical or other professional advice, and they create no professional relationship. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you hear or read here. Security topics are discussed for defensive and educational purposes only.

03Views are personal

Views expressed by the host and guests are their own and do not represent any employer, client or other organization.

04Our content

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and Podcast content are owned by Manish Kapoor or used under licence. This includes audio, video, text, logos, artwork and the name “Mean Time to Lead”. You may:

• listen, watch and read for personal, non-commercial use;
• share links to episodes and pages; and
• quote short excerpts with clear credit and a link back.

You may not:

• republish, sell, re-host or rebroadcast full episodes or substantial parts of them;
• use our name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement; or
• use Site content to train commercial AI models without written permission.

Guests keep ownership of their own ideas and materials.

05Third-party links and content

The Site links to reports, articles, tools and other sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

06Comments, questions and submissions

If you send us a question, comment or suggestion, you allow us to read it on air or publish it, and we may edit it for length. We won’t publish your full name or contact details without permission. Don’t send confidential information.

07Acceptable use

Don’t use the Site to break the law or infringe others’ rights. Don’t try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site. Don’t send spam or malicious code.

08Copyright complaints

If you believe something on the Site infringes your copyright, email hello@meantimetolead.com with:

1. the work concerned;
2. the location of the material on the Site;
3. your contact details;
4. a statement of good-faith belief that the use isn’t authorized; and
5. your signature.

We’ll review it promptly and remove the material if appropriate.

The Site and Podcast are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties about accuracy, completeness or availability. We try to keep content accurate and correct errors when we find them.

10Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or Podcast, or your reliance on it.
